Cesar is a comic artist illustrator and has worked for many small press publishers such as Kingdom Comics title Votary as well as his personal project Chango: The Broken Veil.
He is available for commissions of any subject and works fairly quickly. He is an avid fan of all things DC but also appreciates Marvel characters.
